Many Korean Adoptees grow up FALSELY believing that they were “ABANDONED”. While certainly some of us were legitimately abandoned, there are many more of us who have hidden real-life scenarios of either Relinquishment by birth family member/s or of being a LOST child.

There are also unfortunately many dark scenarios which are discussed at the bottom of the page linked below. Please do not read those sections if the dark side of Korean Adoption upsets you. We have added TRIGGER WARNINGS for those sections.
