Dear, 

Hello, 

This is the Post Adoption Services Center (PASC) of Holt Children's Services Inc. in Korea.

Thank you so much for contacting us and we received your email well. 

In mid-July, all adoption documents will be transferred to the government agency NCRC (National Center for the Rights of the Child). As part of this preparation process, starting in May, personal visits for file reviews could be limited to pre-scheduled appointments only. 

This policy will apply even if you visit without an appointment. 

However, after the transfer is completed, you will still be able to access and review the same files through the government agency NCRC. 

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter. 

Below are the details you need to include when sending your request.

Case Number, if known: 

Adoptee's Korean & English Name: 

Date of birth / Sex: 

Adoptive Parents' Name: 

Etc.: 

If you don't know about your adoption agency info. exactly, please kindly send us your documents you have now. 

Lastly, please make sure to know that we can only provide our services in English. 

Even if you have hired a private interpreter (or volunteer), they cannot attend your File Review. If you are unable to use English, please let us know. Your social worker will give you the proper way.
