KSS (Korea Social Service) Now Has An Online Calendar For In-Person Appointments
KSS Adoptees who plan to visit KSS in Seoul in person for a file review must now check KSS’ NEW online calendar and then email KSS for an appointment well in advance.

We recommend scheduling your appointment with KSS several months in advance of your planned visit. KSS has limited appointment slots. Please see their calendar above for appointment time availability.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot more strongly recommend that ALL KSS Adoptees who are interested in Birth Family Search follow our instructions for requesting a birth family search AND your KOREAN Adoptive Child Study Summary BEFORE you visit KSS in Seoul. KSS may take up to 4-5 weeks to respond to any email request, so please make your request well in advance of your planned visit to KSS in Seoul. You can also submit forms to KSS in person with an appointment.
