NCRC And Its Predecessors Are Notoriously Slow To Update Their Websites.
Many Korean Adoptees who have been involved with birth family search for a long time know how frustrating it is to wait for NCRC and its predecessors to make updates to its websites. Below are some egregious examples of this (lack of) behavior by NCRC.

Past Grievances:
It took NCRC predecessor Korea Adoption Services (KAS) 7-8 years to correct a single typo. “ADOLTION IS LOVE” remained incorrectly spelled on the KAS website for 7-8 years, yet even when an Adoptee offered to help with the edit, KAS declined. This issue originated with KCARE (a predecessor to KAS) back in 2009. Unbelievable!
It took KAS a decade to update their English website for overseas adoptive parents and Adoptees. Instead of tailoring content for an English audience, KAS merely translated their Korean site into English and left it untouched for over 10 years. A few years after KAS transitioned to NCRC, they finally recognized who their English website visitors were.
For over 10 years, there was a disconnect between what Adoptees searched for in Korean and what birth parents searched for in English on the KAS site — until one Adoptee took the initiative to translate it for KAS.
